Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship presented by Toronto Star Wheels
heads to Mosport this weekend

Morad, Di Leo, Bilotta, de Heus, Pelletier, Vincec, May, di Meo and Arnold
all look to hold onto class points lead

MOSPORT, ONTARIO – One of the biggest motorsports events in Ontario is taking place this weekend at Mosport International Raceway. The American Le Mans Series is the headline event at the ‘big track’, and one  ALMS driver – Canadian Ron Fellows – will wear a scooter out travelling back and forth to the Mosport Driver Development Track where the Sunoco Ron Fellow Karting Championship presented by Toronto Star Wheels is having its penultimate round on the same weekend.

Fellows is very hands on in the series that bears his name, but he is also a fan of good racing, and the SRFKC provides that wherever it goes.

"As the promoter, I worry a lot," Fellows said with a laugh. "I worry about the weather, about the track, and about everyone's safety. On race day, I'm primarily an observer. I look for things we can do to make the series better for the participants and more professional for the racers."

This weekend, the schedule will feature two race days, both kicking off with the headline classes – Formula Junior on Saturday, Formula Senior on Sunday – at 2 pm. With this being the penultimate round, class championships are on the line this weekend, as the class leaders look to secure their leads going into the final round in a few weeks time.
