April 10, 2004 Bill Oakman, OKRA Executive, has asked us to advise the following: 1. Even if you have not yet received your 2004 Club Licence, please send in your OKRA Regional Licence Application now. 2. You will be required to present your Club Membership at the first SRFKC event prior to receiving your OKRA Regional Licence. March 31, 2004 Ontario Kart Racing Association's new website is under construction. Until it is operational, ASN is providing communications support to OKRA and it's member clubs and drivers. Please assist us in helping to start the process of issuing driver competition licences by forwarding all of the required information listed below to:

What
you need for a competition licence...
1. A copy of a valid club membership in a club affiliated to OKRA
2. A valid medical -
see new requirements below
3. A fully completed OKRA Licence Application based on the Category list
below.
4. A fully completed Annual Parental Consent Waiver for drivers under 18
years of age.
5. A cheque or money order for the licence fee payable to OKRA.

The applicant must have competed in a minimum of 12 club or 6 regional races with a Regional or Club B or B Plus licence or, a Regional C Plus licence within the previous 24 months to obtain a Regional A licence. |

Regional B Plus |
Required for Senior classes including ICA Senior F80 |
The applicant must have competed in a minimum of 6 club races with a Club B or B Plus licence or, a Regional or Club C Plus licence within the previous 12 months to obtain a Regional B Plus licence. |

Regional B |
Required for Senior classes including Canada Senior F100 Senior World Formula Senior Rotax Max Senior |
The applicant must have competed in a minimum of 6 club or regional races within the previous 12 months to obtain a Regional B licence. |

Regional C Plus |
Required for Junior classes including Shifter Junior ICA Junior Rotax Max Junior |
The applicant must have competed in a minimum of 6 club races within the previous 12 months with a Club C or C Plus licence to obtain a Regional C Plus licence. Shifter Junior licence applicants must have successfully completed a mandatory Shifter Junior Driver Training Program administered by an ASN affiliated karting organization. |
